Error Message:

Error -2147217900: failed to create SQL database Edgesight, error details: CREATE DATABASE failed. Some file names listed could not be created. Check related errors..

OR

Error -2147217865: failed to drop SQL database: Edgesight, error detail: Cannot drop the database ‘Edgesight’, because it does not exist of you do not have permission

Resolution:
Delete or rename any existing edgesight databases either attached or ‘unattached’ or move the files completely – if the files exist edgesight cannot create a new database of the same name.

An empty edgesight database existed (which it cannot use or upgrade either) – and was renamed – and whilst the installation progressed – it failed at the end for SQL setup when it tried to create and lock edgesight.mdb as this already existed
